Empower Nutrition & Energy: Premier Nutrition Shakes & Energy Teas in Mentor, OH

Tried this place about a month ago and now I'm coming multiple times a week! The shakes are so good! Very filling and have helped on my weight loss journey. Staff is friendly and the store is super cute and clean. Highly highly recommend!!!

Driving home from Milwaukee to Vermont and had lunch at our favorite Ohio lunch spot in Mentor. Of course, 2 of our favorite Herbalife peeps, Jeff Nemecek and Mary Nemecek own this cool nutrition club! Isn't their club gorgeous? Shakes are INCREDIBLE, too, so make sure to stop in to see them! Oh, I had a Caramel Butter Egg Shake, OMG! and Mike LOVED his Mint Oreo Cheesecake Shake!

Walking into Empower is like walking into a second home! From the moment you step through the door, you’re greeted with warmth and genuine kindness. Mary and Jeff go above and beyond to make every customer feel special—they even remember everyone’s name, which makes each visit feel personal and welcoming. The teas and protein shakes? Absolutely incredible! Every sip is packed with flavor, and they’re always coming up with new and exciting flavors to keep things fresh. Whether you need an energy boost or a healthy treat, Empower is the go-to spot. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out on something truly special!

Ordered the Buckeye shake. Tasted great. Wonderful crew who is friendly and willing to explain the menu. The establishment is cutely decorated and welcoming for all types of people. Shakes are healthy and delicious, providing full meal replacements and a tea to help you digest them. Would definitely recommend this place for fitness oriented people. I did find that their menu is a little confusing, as many of the ingredients aren't listed for the shakes. And I didn't like that after going twice, I couldn't tell which items were supposed to be smoothies versus shakes. Many tea options, though.

I have been a patron of Empower for well over 4 years now. The owners are not just friends but family. This is the place I go to not only relax and recover from my workout but also where I go to chin wag with the most extraordinary people. Though I go to enjoy a shake or tea I stay even longer for the tremendous and beautiful relationships I have forged. Just like in Mary Poppins, It's a Jolly Olly Day with Mary behind the counter with her exuberant and contagious personality, or Jeff's quick wit and Brotherly sense of care and love. Jes is an ecsquisit conversationalist who's charm and spark can set ablaze any negative energy and like a Phoenix from the ashes make things all the brighter. My life has been made all the more extraordinary and filled with love since I walked into their doors. They name is not just a title, for these people it is a way of being as they Empower so many to be better every single day. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a new experience both with the product and the amazing people who work here.

I LOVE EMPOWER! Wow! Recently discovered Empower and if you are a health nut, gym rat or just want to try something delicious but healthy their protein milkshakes are THE BEST! They have so many options and ive been there 4 times now and every flavor ive gotten has been SO delicious! So far I like the s’mores milkshake the most and the banana bread milkshake is runner up! But aside from delicious shakes the staff is genuinely the kindest most helpful most patient most inviting staff you will meet! They love giving recommendations and amazing insight! Empower is such a cute place to chill in! Need to get some work done? this place would be perfect to set up in with a shake and whatever you want work on! What to just hangout? They have a “bar” that you can sit at with your friends and order a shake or tea and chat it up! Just need some time to yourself? Bring a book, a coloring book, sudoko, whatever you like and find you a cute corner in this place and you will love it! Anyways I LOVE EMPOWER!
